1. What OmniX is

OmniX is a marketplace for digital products only: ebooks, templates, courses, graphics, documents and similar files that you download. Nothing is shipped. Most products are sold by independent sellers; some are sold by OmniX itself, including products created for you by OmniX AI. Each product page shows who sells it.

For products sold by other sellers, OmniX provides the platform, takes payment on the seller's behalf and handles delivery, but the seller is responsible for the product and its description.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older, or use OmniX with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms for you.
• Give accurate details and keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account; tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
• One person, one account. You can close your account at any time from Data & privacy.

3. Buying

• Prices are in Indian rupees (INR). The price you pay is the one shown at checkout; prices come from our systems, not your browser. Sales and coupons are applied by our systems at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). OmniX doesn't see or store your card or UPI details.
• Your order is confirmed only when payment is verified. Products are then delivered instantly to your Library, where you can re-download them anytime (see the Digital Delivery Policy).
• Refunds follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Referral rewards: when a new user joins with your invite link and confirms their email, you get one free AI creation (up to 10 in any 30 days). Free creations have no cash value and can't be transferred. If a free creation fails, it's given back. We may remove rewards earned by inviting yourself, fake accounts or other abuse, and may change or end the programme with notice on the Invite friends page.

4. What you may do with products

When you buy or claim a product, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use it. Unless the product page says otherwise:

• You may use it for your own personal or business projects (for example, a template in your own presentation).
• You may not resell, share, upload, give away or redistribute the files themselves, or claim them as your own work.
• The seller (or OmniX, for its own products) keeps all intellectual property rights.

5. OmniX AI

• The AI Concierge helps you find products and can quote a custom AI creation. Its answers may contain mistakes, so check product details before you buy. Your conversations are saved to your chat history, which you can delete at any time.
• AI creations (images and documents) are priced before you pay, shown to you as a preview, and can be regenerated once for free. Once you accept one, you may use it for personal and commercial purposes. AI can produce similar results for other people, so we can't promise it is unique, and you are responsible for checking it suits your use.
• OmniX AI won't knowingly create copyrighted characters, brands, real people, or harmful or illegal content, and may refuse requests.

6. Selling on OmniX

Sellers must complete seller setup and accept the Seller Agreement, which sets out what may be sold, listing rules, and how sellers are paid. In short: a seller earns their seller share of each sale (70% unless their Seller Dashboard shows a different share for a category), OmniX pays the payment gateway fee, and earnings become payable after a 7-day holding period if the sale isn't refunded.

7. Affiliate program

• Any OmniX user may join from Your Account → Affiliate program. You get a code and links to share.
• When someone opens an OmniX link with your code and buys within 30 days, you earn 10% of what they paid for each eligible item (the most recent affiliate link they used counts). Your own purchases, and products you sell yourself, don't earn commission.
• Commission becomes payable 7 days after the sale if it isn't refunded, and is paid to the UPI ID or bank account in your payout details. If a sale is refunded after you were paid, that commission is deducted from your next payout.
• Promote honestly: no spam, fake reviews or misleading claims, no ads that pretend to be OmniX or bid on our name, no buying through your own links, and say it's an affiliate link where the platform or law asks for it.
• We may withhold commission earned through fraud or abuse, suspend an affiliate account, and change the commission rate for future sales with notice on the affiliate page. Affiliates are independent; nothing here makes you our employee or agent.

8. Reviews and content you post

• Only buyers who own a product can review it. Reviews must be honest, about the product, and must not contain personal information, hate, spam or illegal content.
• You keep ownership of what you write, and give OmniX a free, worldwide licence to display it on the platform. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

9. Acceptable use: things you must not do

• Break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or upload malware.
• Try to get around payments, security, rate limits or download protections, or scrape the site.
• Abuse refunds, reviews, referrals, affiliate links or shareable links, or impersonate anyone.
• Use OmniX to sell physical goods or services, or anything listed as prohibited in the Seller Agreement.

10. Copyright and takedowns

If you believe a product infringes your copyright or other rights, write to our Grievance Officer ([grievance@your-domain.in]) with the product link, proof that you own the rights, and your contact details, or use Report this product on its page. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and act on them in line with India's Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, which may include removing the product.

11. Suspending or closing accounts

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law, or to protect buyers, sellers or OmniX. Where possible we'll tell you why. You keep what you lawfully bought unless the law requires otherwise.

12. Our responsibility to you

• We work hard to keep OmniX available and secure, but the service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Sellers are responsible for their products and descriptions. If something goes wrong, the Refund & Cancellation Policy is your main remedy.
• To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other laws that can't be excluded.

13. Changes, law and disputes

• We may update these terms. For important changes we'll tell you on the site or by email before they apply; continuing to use OmniX means you accept them.
• These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in [City] have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
• Please contact us first: most problems can be fixed quickly.
